NANOcell is an original scifi horror film written and directed by Gavin Hignight. The short film premiered at Chattanooga Film Festival in June 2026, a feature film version is in development.

Synopsis: After an experimental research study goes wrong, Maggie Miller must battle a race against time and a government conspiracy to prevent a technological nightmare from taking over her body... and the world.
